Cooperation with Peru


Diplomatic relations between the two countries were established on February 1, 1969. 

On November 6, 2014, Peruvian President Ollanta Humala paid an official visit to Russia. On November 19, 2016, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Peru.

The Intergovernmental Agreement on the Military-Technical Community of April 13, 2004 is still in force.

Rosoboronexport is a regular exhibitor at the International Defense Technology Show (SITDEF) in Lima, which is held every two years (since 2007).

Rostec State Corporation has a representative office in Peru that ensures Rosoboronexport's interests.
